Hi friends! This blog post was a little bit delayed because I started demo on my new vintage trailer! (And by me, I really mean my BF).
If you’re thinking, WHAT? A vintage trailer? What did you do??? Well, I bought a 1969 continental camper to turn into a mobile boutique for Redkey Threads! (If you’re also thinking, “What’s Redkey Threads?”, you can find out more about my vintage store here!) I’m not going to go into too much detail on this post because I’ll be dedicating weekly posts on the entire renovation soon. While doing some research, I noticed there isn’t a whole ton of detailed information on how to transform a camper into a store. Plenty of camper to camper renovations but too many camper to store! My BF and I have NO IDEA what we’re doing so you’ll be able to learn from our mistakes and hopefully inspire you to take on a very scary project you’ve been dreaming about!
Speaking of Redkey Threads, this vintage 80s romper inspired this weeks newest collection I dubbed “Not so Boring Neutrals”! While I tend to gravitate towards color, I still love a interesting and chic neutral look. Beige has been a top trend from Spring & Summer but the color name in-of-itself may seem boring and blah. But if you look for interesting textures like linen and crochet; cool prints like this ditsy floral; or fun details like wooden buttons, a neutral outfit can be refreshing!
